Yin Conggang was born in Chongqing, China. He graduated from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1995 and in 2012 he studied in the Oil Painting Department of Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts. Yin uses a creative classical technique, but he tries to convey a contemporary spiritual inner quality to his artwork. He is an award-winning artist who has exhibited internationally.
