WANG CHENG

Wang Cheng was born in Haicheng, Liaoning province, China. In 2005, he graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts of Changchun Normal University. From 2005 to 2013, he taught at the School of Formative Arts of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts. Currently he is living and working in Beijing, China.

Wang expresses the world through the simplest graphics and the principle of less is more. For example, in his series "Order and Disorder", the composition of the picture is constructed with individual symbolized individuals, which exist independently and also depend on each other to give viewers a complete impression.
