Artist: Huang Xiaoming
 
Artist's reflection: Is the purpose of this painting simply fear? And what does the title have to do with the image we see? Through his contemporary art Huang makes his viewers muse. 
 
This series of works originated from some movie and video clips the artist saw. While watching them he kept pressing the pause button. By doing so, he was able to find information that was not related to the movies or video clips themselves. He then used painting as a way to update the content.
