Artist's reflection: A darker painting than others by Zhang, here her title might not be as obvious as it is for other works of hers. In this scene, four women are each dressed differently, but all floating above or standing partly in water. A flower splits the painting in two, with three of the women on the left and one on the right - who is alone, physically and perhaps mentally too.
 
Smooth, soft and colorful can aptly describe Zhang's style.
